After March of this year, hundreds of AI tools were born, but these tools are quite similar in nature. While they greatly fulfill and enhance the needs and experiences of the end-users, they still lack certain aspects when it comes to business scenarios.

As a result, the usage of ChatGPT has started to decline, and people's enthusiasm for generative AI is also cooling down.

  3. Use embedding search to find the most relevant part of the content from the content hub.
  4. Reorganize the content.
  5. Deliver it to the business for review.

These are the basic steps, but there may be many fine-tuning processes depending on different business requirements.


Content Tagging & Customer Tagging
ChatGPT demonstrates remarkable capabilities in understanding content and analyzing insights from a vast amount of information.

  1. Design a series of tag/label types or design a subtle prompt to teach ChatGPT how to label content and our customers.

  2. Preprocess (clean/format) content and customer data.

  3. Storing the results returned by ChatGPT in a database.

  4. Find the right content for the right customers or find the right customers for new content.


Design Advertisement
In this scenario, we use a combination of ChatGPT and Midjourney.

  1. Draft thoughts on what you want to express.
    Tell your thoughts to ChatGPT, and let it transfer them into a Midjourney prompt.

  2. Use Midjourney to generate amazing background images for your advertisement.

  3. Let ChatGPT generate the content that will be on the image.

  4. Use Photoshop to perfect the final product, then a perfect and cost-effective advertisement/posters have been designed.


In conclusion, the above scenarios can help marketers in different industries improve efficiency and capabilities to expand their businesses.
